Homework Assignments: The following is a list of homework assignments which include written and circuit simulation assignments. All assignments, which are due on the date indicated unless otherwise specified, are to be done individually. To turn in these assignments, you are to follow the instructions provided in the assignment specifications.

• Homework 1: SQL Queries (Note: omit questions #4 and #5)
• due 11am on Thursday 9/9/2010

• Homework 2 (Notes): Advanced SQL Queries
• due 11am on Thursday 9/16/2010

• Homework 3 (Notes): SQL Data Modification and Creation
• due 11am on Thursday 9/30/2010

• Homework 4: DB Report Generation with Python
• due 5pm on Wednesday 10/20/2010

• Homework 5: The Entity-Relationship Model
• due 11am on Thursday 10/28/2010

• Homework 6: Normalization of Relational Databases
• due 11am on Tuesday 11/9/2010

Final Project: The final project is a two-member team project. Important dates for the project are as follows:

• Nov 2 - finalize group and project selection.
• Nov 9 - group discussions.
• Nov 18 - finalize database design.
• Nov 30 and Dec 2 - project presentations.
• Dec 3 - project due by 5pm.
